Fetus fatigue and gender fatigue

Douglas Groothis wrote a post about how young American evangelicals are experiencing 'fetus fatigue": getting tired of the abortion issue.
I wonder sometimes if young Christians here get Gender fatigue. There is sometimes silence when someone sends in something about the gender equality issue. Yes, yes, we agree, they seem to say. Now can we please discuss something else?
Well, I understand, as I feel it sometimes myself. Yet there's too much to be done to get tired. Too much of silence from half the church, too much of public space occupied by the other sex, too much of manipulativeness by the powerless half to get power elsewhere, too many missing girls and too much of trafficking in the missing sex to make up numbers in the areas where they are most missing...
